Phase 1 of the newly reimagined West Park Mall is now open, featuring exciting new stores in the east wing of the property. Phase 2 is currently underway, with updates to the mall’s interior set to begin soon.

Since opening its doors in 1981, the Cape Girardeau shopping center, known as West Park Mall, has been a beloved part of our community. Already home to many favorite retailers, the reimagined and redeveloped West Park Mall looks forward to offering many new shopping, dining, and entertainment options, while keeping the ones you already know and love.

Through a multiphase redevelopment of the entire property, West Park Mall will come to life, unveiling a destination for visitors and bringing substantial economic impact to our community.

Phase 1, completed Spring 2025, includes new, individual exterior store entrances and facade enhancements designed to meet the needs of national retail brands, as well as extensive improvements to the east wing. Stay tuned for updates about the exciting grand opening and more to come in the subsequent phases.
