A program of Southeast Missouri Hospital, parents receive 1 hour of well deserved freedom while children get expert supervision and fun! Children participate in musical games, dance and let off lots of steam while learning fitness basics.

- Every Tuesday morning from 8 am - Noon You have questions. We have answers. Staff members from the Southeast Missouri Area Agency on Aging will be at the Wellness Connection every Tuesday morning to answer your questions on Medicare Part A, B, C, D and other senior issues.
